Default Engineering of Submarines repeats itself.

It looks like engineering is starting all over again for submersibles. Even so much as to dive to depth and silent. All of this to transport drugs.

Be interesting to see if there will be any challenge to the Drug Trafficking Vessel Interdiction Act of 2008
