Radio msg received.....and Sobers smoke mod

I am having trouble getting Sobers smoke mod to work with GWX 3.....I have tried to activate in different sequences..still no luck...I liked this mod and was wondering if anyone else was using it with GWX 3...... In addition....Is there a way of receivng a radio msg without knocking your TC back to one....I have tried to reset it in SH3CMDR....but with no luck....Thanx in advance....Rick

When doing it in SH3 Commander, did you click 'Apply' after you changed it?

If that didn't help, go to Ubisoft/Silent Hunter 3/Data/Cfg/Main. The actual controls are there. You might still need to do it in Commander as well, just so it doesn't change it back.

Hi Steve....yup....press apply after changing it and for some reason it reverts back to 1....but I have changed it in the Main CFG file....like you said...so maybe it will stick this time.....thanx for the help......Rick

Well Steve.....wish I could report some success...but I cant.....I have set both the SH3CMDR value at 128 and also went into the Main CFG settings and set it also at 128.......but when I am TCing and a radio report comes in ...it knocks me back to 1 still......I dont know what else to try at this point.......

I don't either. I always have it set for 1, but I'm weird that way.
