Crew with radar "skill"

Hi

After last patrol, one of my crew got the "radar skill". The note on the icon says, that he has to be placed in the radar room. Which kind of room is it, in the crew management table? It's control room or Shoul I place him into conning tower?

Just one question.

How much of tonnage I have to sink to complete the patrol objective in RFB? I thought it's 10000t but I sunk 15115tons so far and still no success

Can it be that your patrol objective is to patrol a certain area for a given time? Then the amount of tonnage doesn't matter, you just have to wait until your ordered time is over.
