Default GWX 3: Radio Log_Expanded Update Mod

Many thanks to the creator(s) of the Radio Log Expanded Updated mod for GWX 3. It adds a lot to the enjoyment of SH3.

The GWX 2 version of the mod provoked some discussion about whether during WWII BdU actually sent messages about U-boat losses and crew casualties, especially since they would have had an adverse effect on morale. I chose to edit the .txt file and deleted all messages of the type "We regret to to report that U-xxx has been sunk...".

Now that I've installed GWX 3, I've been editing the Radio Log_Expanded Update mod to remove all messages from BdU reporting U-boat losses, damage to harbour facilities from Allied bomber attacks, etc. In so doing, I noticed that there are many messages reporting enemy naval losses at sea.

Some of these messages are about the sinking of major enemy warships like the Ark Royal and the Hood. However, there are numerous reports about enemy torpedo boats, motor launches, motor fishing vessels, etc. In reality, did BdU notify U-boats about the loss of these relatively minor types of enemy ships?
