Default A Houston, Texas, transit cop was at it again

Quote:
Less than 24 hours after saving a woman who fell in front of a Washington subway train, a Houston, Texas, transit cop was at it again.

Moments after leaving an interview Wednesday about his heroics at the train station, Houston Metro Officer Eliot Swainson helped victims escape an early morning fire at a Washington row house.

Swainson, who was deputized to help with crowds at President Obama's inauguration, and two Washington transit officers noticed smoke pouring from the row house in northwest Washington.
Lest we forget, police do help people http://edition.cnn.com/2009/US/01/22/metro.hero/

This is why bad cops need to be fired and replaced quickly.

This is what a cop is hired to do. Maybe not be superman but a cop is there to serve and protect.

I know several good cops. They work hard and love the community.

The process is SLOWLY starting. Maybe in the future people can actually be glad to see police in their communities again.

Some of us have always been glad to see police in our communities.
