RFB/RSRD
What is the story re digital radar readout? Is it a mod? What is its advantage over using the radar sweep? |

I think you're talking about this: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...ar+range+rings
I haven't tried it since as far as I know, it's still incompatable with RFB (although it's supposed to be included in a later release). Haveing the range in front of you in number form should speak for itself. I would imagine it is much more helpful than just estimateing the range on a sweeping scope, trying to obtain a figure of where a blip falls between a range ring, or the position of a contact spike on a linear readout. |

It is not compatible with RFB. End of story until RFB adds it.
