All amusement aside, I find this to be most endearing. I hope his plan to get a computer to translate morse code into words on a computer screen is a success.

It will be quite easy to rig up a system. Either through the printer port, USB, or Serial port if he still has one that carrys such a port.

I am sure now that the story has hit he will have MANY requests from DIYers to make one for him.
