Default Trojan in 1.4b patch!?

I bought my copy of SH3 from Encore which is updated to 1.4. I'm trying to download the 1.4b patch, but every link I've tried Avast! tells me the file has a Trojan on it.

At first I thought it was just the filefront version of the file(which is the one i downloaded first) but when I tried the ubisoft link and the gameinformer link its the same thing. Whats the deal?

1.4 is the same as 1.4b
No need for you to patch as already done so

Ah. Thanks, the b threw me off. But still, its alarming that the file has a trojan.

My guess is Avast is being over cautious as can happen
Doubt very much that ALL patches from different sites would be infected
Though you never know

Maybe it's a false positive by your Antivirus... update virus defenitions! or send the file to your Antivirus Company.

My antivirus (by Avira) made so with dangerouswater.exe. Accoridng to the software, there was a dialer inside... later Avira sent me the analysis report: it was a false positive!

Your software's probably just be freaking out. I doubt Ubi would have a file containing a trojan on their site.

Like everyone said, it's probably just your antivirus being too paranoid. If you want to be sure, upload the file for online check here or here. If you don't mind uploading a big file.
