German.
They were really the only sound files to be modded to any extent. Not using them means you miss out on soooooo much.

German by default, although my understanding of the language is near zero.

The English version sounds a bit... off. Its English with no regional language, so unless you love Iowans, its irritating.

German, because the American voices sound awkward. :p
A while ago an exchange student from Germany came to stay with some friends of ours, and I have to admit I actually learned more German from SH3 then I did from her.
