Default Invalid Argument to Date Encode error

I've done a search & what I've found doesn't seem to apply to my situation. I am using SH3 Cmdr 3.13 which has been updated & the GWX config files are installed too. I finished the first patrol of a new career and when I went to display my patrol results in SH3 Cmdr I got an Invalid Argument to Date Encode error. I had saved the game several times during the patrol & I gave each save a different name. I did not delete any of the saved games either. I am using Vista so SH3 Cmdr is installed outside of the Program Files folder & I run the program as an administrator & I've checked the Run in Windows XP SP2 compatibility box as well.

Thanks in advance for for any help.
