23/29 flotilla question
Every time I transfer to the Med I end up in Salamis. How and when can I transfer to the base at La Spezia?

IIRC it is after 3 patrols or 6 months (it is in the Atlantic anyway)

La Spezia is the base of 23/29th Flotilla from May 42 to August 43. If you transfer before that time, you'll end up in Salamis, after in Toulon.

Yupp, I transferred from Lorient to the 29th early 42 I think, and soon after got an auto transfer to LaSpezia.
The Med doesn't seem so tough. I'm in a viib, haven't ran into any major convoys, alot of 2/3 escorted small convoys, troopships, and singles. So far I've taken out 2 Battleships, a handfull of Dido class cruisers, if you can hold your steel so to say untill the escorts are almost ontop of you they are easy money. Looking forward to 43+ in the pond, and maybe trading some time with these uber dd/de's that I'm told exist.
