Default Sea creatures

Have you ever seen dolphins and whales on the surface on beneath in GWX (I’m still at 2.0)? I heard whales’ songs many times even in Mediterranean (seams a bit strange ), but never from the bridge.

Mate, I've been sailing TGW and GWX from day one...and never saw one!

I'm one of those lucky bastards.:rotfl:

But they are there!

If you look in the campaign files you'll see where they are scripted in.

Yep I've seen them both

Dolphins can usually be found close to the coast of Spain (among other places) and Whales follow their actual anual path (check the coast of Canada and the area around Cape Horn)

OK. Anyway I’m just a newbie in GWX. But they live under surface only?

Is it possible that our firing solution get ruined by a straying whale? If yes, what does that look like!

Like most haven't seen a critter on any of my patrols. But I'm optimistic that one day I'll see a beautiful mermaid on a long patrol. :rotfl:

Never seen whales but I've heard them through the hydrophones on occasion. Have yet to see a dolphin. Will GWX 3.0 have sharks? We're getting tired of cured hams & canned stuff. Everything tastes like diesel anymore...

Ive heard whales many times, even tried to tracking them down with the hydrophone when I've been bored (figured after a few weeks of nothing the crew could use a little entertainment ) but Ive never been able to find them....

Never seen a dolphin...

One day.

No....can't shoot em or slice em in half.

The eel (no pun intended, goes straight through em as if they aren't there.

They aren't solid objects ingame.
