I think there could be another explanation for human genomes in kangaroos...something related to excessive consumption of Castlemaine XXXX, perhaps?

kangaroo simply can't be overdone. Beef and lamb i like deader than dead, but roo, medium rare at the most. |

It's got a similar texture to venison, but a distinct flavour of it's own. the tail make a really good soup as well!
