LAZY STAFF Ö help needed !

Hi,
I recently downloaded a mod that give you the option to start a new campaign with the XXI Walther submarine.
The mod works BUT if i give the order to go start engines then they say cannot comply.

Notice that the green bars are empty !! That's why they don't do anything. But when i press the button ' all men to battlestation ' , then they finally start working ..

Anyone that can help me because i would love to play with this sub but i just can't let my crew work for 24/7. They would desperadly fall asleep...
