Default Torpedo salvo/speed problem

I fired a salvo of 3 steamtorpedoes (torpedopractice mission). I set the speed to fast, but when I fired 2 of the torpedoes was going slow and missed the target by a big margin. The fast torpedo hit dead center.

Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?
All 3 torpedo doors was opend.

I have another question about torpedo depth in stormy weather.
Will the torpedo malfunktion if I set it shallow like 1m?

Did you set your degree of separation when you selected salvo? If you did not set the to 1 or 2 or maybe 3 degrees, I'd assume that one torp missed in front of the target and the other missed behind the target.

I prefer to fire a salvo manually. Obtain your firing solution, then fire the first torp near to the bow, the second is fired amidships and the third closer to the stern. This method usually results in three good hits with some separation.

About 2 degres seperation, one torpedo hit in the center the other two missed behind the target by a pretty big margin.
The first one got there alot faster than the other two.

I was 90% sure that all 3 doors were open, but I have searched this forum and I seems to be the only one with this problem, so now Im only 70% sure .
If tube 1 was open and the other 2 closed, the effect would be similar I guess.

What was the distance? If too far, the ship wouldn't "fit" into the 2 degrees margin. "Too far" would be around 4,5-5km for small ship, double for large.

There is definately a bug in Sh3 that screws up your firing if you fire multiple torpedo each with a different speed settings (T1). When you switch tubes Sh3 forgets to update the speed setting of the later selected tube into the TDC so the gyro angle doesn't get the propper update. If you fire torpedos with different speedsettings after one another ALLWAYS!!! set the speedsetting. Even if it allready looks good. It's in the known issues part of the GWX manual, some page somewhere.
