The article is confusing to me....

John Buciuman, 42, of the 6000 block of North Ridge Avenue, was charged with six felony counts of aggravated unauthorized use of a weapon, six counts of non-registration of firearms, six counts of possessing firearms without valid FOID card and possession of ammunition without valid FOID card, according to a police News Affairs release.

and

Buciuman was subsequently arrested and charged and received citations for driving under the influence, failure to stop at a stop sign and negligent driving, the release said.

They dont jive.

:hmm: ya got me! 2nd to the last paragraph. A DUI is, depending on the offender's background is misdemeanor traffic, the complaints (charges) are traffic citations.
