Thanks to BigBoyWolly he helped me with the coding, months passed i reinstalled SHIII to get back into action and ALAS! im stuck with the same problem again

Don't know if this will help, but here is the Locations.cfg file from my copy. This includes GWX 2.1, so it should have everything.
http://files.filefront.com/Locations.../fileinfo.html

It goes in Data/Terrain. Change the name of the old one, so it won't overwrite it. If this one screws something up you want to be able to get the old one back.

Another favor...

Hey Steve, you have a mediafire on this file? I have an issue with filefront. I cant download anything from it (maybe because of my IP location) keeps saying that file is not available. Same this happens with me over and over when im downloading Starfleet Command mods and patches.

Thanks big mate!

Default Error

Hi there, i tested it already. Unfortunately, the game crashes when loading (Staring of a mission)

I also forgot what version i am using, my bad.

i installed Silent Hunter III then i patched it with patch 1.4b

Then i installed the U-Boat: Battle in the Miditerranean.

Hope someone can give me a working location.cfg on this one. Thank you very much.

It sounds like the Mediterranean thing might be your issue, especially if you are trying to install mods on top of it - none of the modders here support that expansion (for obvious reasons). Have you been trying to install mods on top of it?

hi CCIP. Nope im not as far as im aware of. here's what i do in exact order:

1. install clean Silent Hunter III
2. Patch it to version 1.4b
3. Install U-Boat- Battle of the Mediterranean.

Thats it.

everything worked perfect except for the fact that i cannot see the harbor on the map which make my navigation to exit the harbor area very slow and difficult.

BigBoyWolly has given me a fixed location.cfg file last february unfortunately i lost it when i reformat my machine.

I think what i need is a location.cfg file that is compatible with Battle of Mediterranean mod.

Our friend Steve has given me a location.cfg file a while ago but i noticed that its for GWX Version only..

Sorry it didn't work. I'm no expert like BBW, so I don't know what else needs to be done.
