English Translation for CA-24F

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to install the English Translation Patch for the CA-24F Mod? I'm running Windows Vista and have already installed the Spanish version of CA-24F. It's running fine but i cannot seem to make the English Translation patch work. So if anyone can give me some guidence here in oder to make the patch work, that'd be great!

Get this great tool named JSGME and use it:

It's the most effective app to mod a game.
Instructions on use here:

To make things more clear, place the decompressed mod into the Mods folder created by JSGME and install it.
