A simple question

I know this is not exactly the correct section, but I am doubtful of any response if I ask this in the correct section. So please do not delete or move the post as the answer is here.

I went back and reinstalled Destroyer Command. My question is this,

How do I add ships to the roster file in the game? I want to have it so that I do not have to replace a DD with another ship type, but add ship types to the list so that I can select Texas BB in QMB.

Is this possible to do this? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

And lastly, is there a mod being worked on that will basically be a Destroyer Command 2?

Thanks in advance. I have always been a big fan of both submarine and surface combat. I played Fighting Steel quite a bit, and was hoping to Mod DC to get some CA and BB action in my campaigns and QMB. I want to add ships to the playable list instead of replacing DD's with the ships I want.
