Game resolution?

I play SilentHunterIII with GWX 2.1
I read many thread for resolutions, but I don t get nothing for these

Mayby my english is biggest broblem

But I try again ....

My question is :
Can I chance somewhere game resolution?
- I look caree settings ( \SH3\data\cfg...(main.cfg) and I see that my resolution is : Resolution=1024 x 800 ???
I use usually 1680x1050 60Hz or 1280x1024...
Can I chance that and if I can , where,or how I must chance that?

2. question is what mean in gamesettings ----> Synchronized ?
- If I put yes, what that mean?

I need SHIII res fix?

But I don t get it here, cos I don t found that file for there.

Can someone give link for SHIII res fix and help how I install that fix?

If you are using NVIDIA graphic card (8600 and upward) download a tool called
"nHancer" . type it in the google and download it prompte , and read the instructions very carefully

Do you know if there is a program for ATI (SAPHIRE 4850) that would force a wide monitor to work as 4:3 ?? You know, with the black borders.

Not as I am aware of. From what I have learnt it's something to do with driver profiles being hard coded in the ATI driver itself. Nvidia profiles are not hard coded which allows the aspect ratio to be changed. Lets hope ATI change their policy soon.

Actually when I had Omega driver on my laptop, I had a 4/3 shaped icon without changing anything by myself

! But on my desktop I wouldn't risk for that!

Hm, I did not need the nHancer program. The nVidia control panel allows me to force the aspect ratio. This was posted in some other thread I can't seem to find right now. This was the software that came with my 8800 GT.

Nope before i thought so as well and used the native nvidia tools or the mobomanufactory tools. At least with my vista64bit nHancer dramaticly increased every aspect of the 3D enviroment in the game.

OuNiS what is you operating system?
And could you tell my quick, how you setup Nhancer? I didn't see some thing for
the resolution. And did it work with sh3commander?
I know you have to make a profile, but how does sh3commander.exe to start this profile? Can you explain to me?
