(Req)A utility that allows for renaming boats

I just installed a flag onto the conning tower of a Gato Class Hull and named my captain Eugene Fluckey. Thinking now though, when my captain gets a new boat, a Balao class sub, Im ggoing to have to do the flag mod to a Balao skin and will have to rename that sub Barb as well.

Now, if I want to have two captains in game, different times of the war I am going to have to have multiple textures done and enable them depending on the captain I want to play and rename all of there boats

We need a program that will do all of this for us, is there such a program either already out or on the horizon for release? I guess it would be a flag generator and a sub renaming program?
