Ubermod - French Radio messages

i have olce2 mod on top of gwx2... now my radio messages are coming up in French. I thought the GWX Fix French mod sorted this - have I done something wrong or is there a fix for this? I'm pretty sure they didn't do this before... thanks

Also looks like my watchman no longer gives weather report... again not sure if there is a fix for this?

whoops sorry please ignore, i'd forgotten the "Fix french" mod changes it to french...
