From what I have read on this forum and what I use to view them. GIMP seems to be good. I'm no mod'er so see if someone else who is knows of a better one.

tga files can also be opened via Irfan View program.

If you want to look at them, just use ACDSee.
If you want to edit them, use GIMP (freeware) or Photoshop. I hope this can help you. ![]()

Wow, thanks, I'll have a look at that, I just got a flag mod working, and want to edit a few things on the banners that go on the UBoat. I also want to work on my own side emblem.
