Default HILFE! HELP! SCREENSHOOTS!

I sought help in another thread and I replied that the issue had already been discussed in the forum, look what he had written, but nothing worked. Please note that I recently start with the SH3. I can not get screenshots or a video. I changed the value "enableScreenshots = 0" in the file d3d9.cfg thereby preventing the screen freezes and the game is closed. Using "Fraps" catches are a totally black screen, using "Fscreen" is the same. The same goes for the videos. I do not understand why this happens, because both programs work perfectly with Train Simulator and Flight Simulator from Microsoft, which is special Silent Hunter III with respect to the video? My installation includes GWX Gold 3.0 and SH3 commander. Please do not give me the usual responses forums "and we talked about that," and tell me how I can fix this, because otherwise I will have to leave this game aside and devote myself to other simulators, without so many patches or problems. thank you!!!! Attached a screenshot of a movie on video, I could always take screenshots of everything so I do not understand what is so special Silent Hunter III.

You keep mentioning the d3d9.cfg. What is that and where is it? I ask not because I want to know, but because I've never touched it and never fiddled with it, and my screenshots work perfectly.

Is it possible that changing values in that file is what messed up your shots in the first place?

Well I have to ask then.

What did you install that places a d3d9.cfg into the SH3 folder?

Because it's not part of a standard install.

The d3d9.cfg file modifies the d3d9.dll located in the root directory of SH3. Modify indication that value by someone in this forum, because before you do the press "Print Screen" screenshot was obtained, but the screen froze and the game was interrupted. Anyway now it does not work because the screen captures are black. I guess this is the price you pay when a game has so many patches.

As I said. Those files don't install with the game, so where did they come from ?

The d3d9 is a patch to change the original display settings of 1360 x 768. SH3 just delete the patch and the screen is back to the original size that brought the game. Maybe now you can get catch, but at what Price!

If it changes the resolution then I can't help, because I use the original resolution and don't mind it.

I don't know what else I can tell you.

Afraid I can't help now either. I stopped using the Res fix myself.

Although to take screenshots I know the only thing that worked was to hit "CTRL+F11".

Printscreen never worked at all.

Only way I can get SH3 running now is change my desktop resolution to 1360 x 768 first, then run the game.

Screen capture narrowed but still appear black screen. See friends, do not worry, I have Microsoft simulators for airplanes and trains, I'm missing the boat and I'm full. At least I can enjoy them without having to kill anyone or someone would kill me. I have pretty sick asdic noise and depth bombs as wind up behind all the missions running like a rat at a disadvantage. Sie Kameraden auf Wiedersehen! Viel Glück!
