Default Strange marker on the sea!

Hi All,
Using T.M. and trying to shake off a couple of Jap DDs I keep seeing through the scope a lilac coloured broken circle with an arrow, floating on the surface seemingly right above me. What is it's significance, where did it come from etc? Hope the Japs can't see it!!!
RR:hmm:

That is the sub marker you see when in free view (F12). The Japs don't see it.

You have a heavily modified TM don't you. Sounds like the surface marker the stock game uses to mark the position of your submerged sub. TM replaces the file that makes that with a zero byte file. That's how I know your TM isn't kosher. To prove that is what you're looking at there is a keyboard command to kill the marker. I'm at work now and can't check it out. The Japanese can't see that color so you're safe. Or at least as safe as you can be in Trigger Maru.

Ctrl and del(.) key on the number pad and the mark will go away

Now this is the honest-to-God's truth! Trigger Maru is evil! Maybe that's part of the reason I like it so much.

Face it, Ducimus is evil. And some of his evilness flows through to his @#$@% sub chasers, his evil airplanes, his superman escorts, the nerfed attack screen, his popgun deck "gun"... I just LOVE IT! Or am I just addicted?
