skining models?

I was wondering can you modify the skins in DW? i would like to add the numbers on the sail of the 688 like in real life.

Try the DW Wiki over at the CADC. That should lead you to some tools, furthermore you could ask your question over there too ... Basically you can edit the skins, but I'm not familiar enough to say if its possible to have use separate hull numbers or not ... my guess is that its not possible because there is only one skin for a model even if that model has multiple instances (like different FFGs of the same class).

well i dont mind to have one skin for different 688 classes. I just want to give it a cosmetics update and put some numbers on the sail. where can i find this dw wiki and what is cadc?

The CADC is short for Commanders Academy & Dive Center and is located here : www.commanders-academy.com the DW Wiki is linked there as well (its part of the CADC). However at the moment only the forum itself is up as my provider has switched from PHP4/MySQL4 to PHP5/MySQL5 and it seems that parts of the website have issues with that (tho they shouldnt). Those parts involve the frontpage and the wiki(s).
