Die Brücke is a very good movie. They should show it in school again. I think some people around here have already forgotten what war is really like.

Stalker is a wonderful film

Skybird, have you ever seen this? One of my favourite movies, but it's almost impossible to find here.

Sorry for having messed up the date for "Die Brücke" - it is 24 hours later, in the night from Saturday to Sunday, at 0010.

Tchocky,

no, I do not know that movie you linked to, nor the director. But the producer is a known name to me, he produced "Run, Lola, run!" by Tom Tykwer - and that director is maybe one of the most original directors alive, I love three of his movies very much (Wintersleeper, Heaven, The Warrior + the Princess). yesterday I saw Lola the second time, after some years, and realised that I underestimated that one for long. It is most original.

If somebody really wants to know what a real happy-end is, and what queer yet important role random chance can have in our lives, watch "Run, Lola, run". You will leave your TV seat with a wide, satisfied smile on your face , promised. Very good actress, even more in some of her later roles after Lola: Franka Potente.
