Default External Ship View Bug

I'm wondering if anyone else gets this bug an if there's a fix...

When 1st running SHIII the external view of ship/boat rotate around the center, but after awhile the rotation around ships/boat is located at the stern of the ship/boat. This is no big problem, but wondering if I'm not the only one that this happens to....

This only happens after playing a while....

Hi G04It, Yes, that happens to me as well. Not very often, but it does happen. I'm not aware of any fix, and have not been able to find anything to 'snap' the game out of it. Only thing that works for me is to save the game and reload.

That has always happened in SH3 when using the external view camera ( F12 or external view icon). That particular camera is static and if you want to move it around you have to do that yourself with the arrow keys.

If you just want to view your sub underway from outside, it's better to use the < > keys and then you'll stay with the boat. Downside is that you can't get in so close.
