Default Correct me if I'm wrong...

Or perhaps that should be correct the BBC?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/...st/7457576.stm

I draw your attention to the following:

Quote:
The collection also has Scottish stories, with Luftwaffe images of the bombing of Clydebank, as well as the famous photograph taken by a Spitfire pilot flying from Wick which led to the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck in a Norwegian fjord in May 1941.
I think somebody needs to learn how to punctuate their sentences, or at least arrange them more coherently
To me that reads like the bismarck was sunk in the fjord...

On the other hand, it's good that the archives could be made available online to the public.

More coherently? What's so difficult to understand?

It has stories from Scottish soldiers, pictures taken by Luftwaffe pilots during the bombing of Clydebank, and a recon photo that was passed onto British intelligence that resulted in the finding and destruction of the Bismarck in the end of it all.

Only trouble is, his history is jumbled up... extremely badly...

Who exactly wrote this article?

I agree that the sentence is poorly written, but that's why it is the BBC(British Broadcasting Corp.) and not the BEC(British Editing Corp.) The BBC's focus is broadcasting, not editing.

Too much info in one sentence.
