Just picked up an ATI 3850 256mb for 80 euros myself and am very pleased with it, but if you have a bit more to spend you really cant go wrong with a 9600gt or a 3870. If you can get a good price on a 8800GT those are worth looking into aswell.

I'll second the 8800 GT... Not sure what your budget is for a new card but IMO the XFX Alpha Dog 8800 GT with 512 MB is a great bang for your buck at $180.

Yep, the 8800GT 512Mb is the one to get if your budget allows it.
but be aware if you want that card you will need at least a 600Watt PSU (Power supply unit) to handle it HunterICX

Well thats the problem i dont know the information about the power supply. I explore some time to look for details about power supply info but i cant find it!
