This is just a quick note that may save a few some time.

I was running GWX 2.0 with SH3 Commander as the only mod, loaded the mods with JGSME.
I deleted my profile from My Documents as well.

After updating SH3 Commander and installing 2.1, I was able to load the game fine and begin loading my mission, but I experienced problems during the mission loading.

Specifically, total freeze-ups, followed by CTD.

Basically I'm saying it might be better to heed the advice of the GWX staff and install clean, but you may have better luck than I did!

I figured I'd at least give it a go the quick and dirty way first... someone has to be the lab rat!

GWX team:

Installing clean now. Forgive my insolence!
I look forward to 2.1 !

Of course! It is all part of our plan to take over the universe, along with our construction of disintegrator ray-guns, weather domination machines, and mind control devices!

Now here... hold still, I need to me start this IV in your NOSE!

It's the real thing!

At least it's not a repeat of the April fools day joke!

Now you understand why that thread pissed us off a bit... being so proximal to our release.

I can understand that, but when would be a better time to play an 'April fools' joke?:p
