GWX 2.0 RDF loop antenna problem...

I seem to be unable to lower the rotating RDF loop antenna. I've checked the GWX manual & it says to press Shift+R. This doesn't have any effect though & I've tried both right & left Shift Keys (+ R). The antenna remains up & rotating. I haven't made any changes to the keys since installing GWX a couple of days ago.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Read the manual again.

You cannot lower the RDF Loop but you can lower, using Shift+R, the rotating radar, when it's installed.

You know, the thing that looks like a big waffle iron.

Thanks for the help but try to remember that not all of us are experts at this. It's only been a couple of days since I installed GWX & it makes a lot of changes that I'm still getting aquainted with (especially with a 600+ page manual). I'd been playing stock since I bought SH3 last year & I don't think that I asked a stupid question. I had read the page regarding the RDF loop (the equipment that I'm talking about is round, sticks up & turns round 180 degrees and it was always retracted in the stock game) & I found it a bit confusing.

Radio Direction Finder! Is the Round thing!
The Radio Loop is always there! Only the Waffle Iron can be lovered! Which is radar!

Anyway your question was not stupid...it's just alot to swallow. Hence the fat manual (which i so love)
