Default Wrong torps loaded bug...

After I resupply, the torps shown in the tubes on the loadout screen don't match what comes out of the tubes.

I've had several perfect setups, especially on high speed convoys where the loadout screen has shown mk14, mk18 etc. in tubes but when I shoot a little 12 knot mk27 pops out, and vie versa. Or I go to shoot a wake homer at the destroyer out front so I can get setup on the lead column in the convoy, but instead there goes one of my Mk18's then not only am I stuck with a surprise mk27 in one of my tubes, but when the mk18 hits the destroyer the convoy scatters.
This only happens after I resupply. I haven't seen any other posts on it, which surprises me.
