Default The "New" Cuba?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7322739.stm
Wow! First cell phones, now hotels? (Never mind they can't afford either of them...) Looks like Raul Castro is not as tight-as*ed as his brother... I sure hope the trend continues and the Cuban people enjoy more freedoms...

I can see there being "community" cell phones. That's when one person owns a phone but can charge others to use it, it works well in Africa and India.

I noticed that there would be relaxing of other rules and restrictions, including the ownership of things like mircowaves, DVD players and other electronics (manly because they have enough power to run it all now, unlike the blackouts that happened 10 years ago)

Will be intresting to see what happen in the next couple of year in cuba.
