Resetting next patrol date (w/o something like SH3 Commander)

I know I have to look into the user files, and kind of know my way around in there. My experience with SH3 is that you have to change the date in at least 2 separate places. Long story short CSP has me going back out a mere 2 weeks after I arrived back in port, with a moderately shot up boat with 30% hull damage, which seems much too short. That and I'd like to go out in September/October ('43) when (I believe) most of the dud/prematures/depth keeping problems with the torps have been fixed.
