Bearing plot MOD STILL can't work

How hard is it to get this MOD to work on v. 1.4? I contacted the author and some folks who have the MOD, but no answers. They can't tell me if I am doing thing correctly w/ the MOD. It doesn't run even though I get the other MODS (ROW, Capn' Scurvy's on the target manual, etc. to work).

What am I doing wrong?

I put the MOD into my MOD folder created w/ the JSGME. I then see the imperial folder on the left hand side of the JSGME tool. I then move it to the right side, and run the game. However, I DON'T see the larger compass! I also run the tools included w/ the mod and put the various folders in their place.

PLS HELP!
