I've noticed that there seems to be a hydrophone blind spot at 0 (360) degrees in GWX 2.0. My sonar operator loses his target as it crosses 0. Is this a bug or a feature? I know there should be one at 180 (baffles) but I've never heard of one at 0.

You're using GHG's then?
Their only bug is, they are switched off when surfaced. The baffle front and aft is correct. You may want a KDB to get rid off the blind spot straight ahead. Correctly made in SH3. And of course off when surfaced... ![]() Some short info on hydrophones: http://www.uboataces.com/hydrophones.shtml or american: http://www.maritime.org/fleetsub/sonar/chap1.htm#1A
