I have managed to pick up 1 Purple Heart, 4 Bronze Stars, 1 Silver Star, and 6 count them 6 Medals of Honor..Is their any way to make them more difficult to earn? Especially the Medal of Honor..All i have engaged are transports freighters and oilers.. Very little danger involved..

Six MoH? Damn. I sailed a boat all the way home from Honshu after a triple DD DC attack left my boat riddled with holes, and all I got was an offer to resign! :hmm:

You can definitely get MOHs from sinking just merchant shipping, provided you sink enough. No extraordinary heroism is required.

Try playing with mods for realistic shipping density, deck gun power, and torpedo failures. That should make it more difficult.
