Top Sail was aged for about 10 months in Bourbon casks
from Kentucky. This aging presents hints of chocolate,

I can't find a label for it yet since it is hitting stores today in the PNW. I expect it to be a bit pricey too. I am told it is veerrryyy goooodd!!!

Making progress! And look what it is sitting next to! The Abyss!! There is also a Stone Barelywine in this pic, but I am not a fan of barelywine. I want two of the three beers in this pic!!!

I am getting reports of only $8 or so for this bottle!

I failed in this task this weekend. I did find a place that 'had' The Abyss at one point. i seem to be a bit late looking for it here. The Bourbon Imperial Stout should be more widely available by March 1st, but it will be as 'limited' as the Abyss. My hunt is not over for the abyss however. I do have a back up plan!

I know someone that has 2 cases of it but would rather not sell me a bottle if he doesn't have to!

This is one good beer!!!!!

If I had to describe it, it tastes like dark chocolate.
