'unlimited' appears when an equipment option becomes available and you have, as yet, not upgraded. For instance, when Bold first becomes available if you have not upgraded to having the Bold decoy you will see two options: Bold1 and unlimited, with unlimited being highlit. That's because unlimited is now used in the weather callout (ex. visibility unlimited). If you open up the GWX 2.0 .pdf document and do a search for 'unlimited' you'll get a better explanation. :p
Basically 'unlimited' means there is an upgrade now available but you don't have it yet. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=128127 |

Tis to do with the weather
Dont ask me why it shows on the upgrade screen but it does The weather used to say - Fog - None The None showed up on the upgrade screen and you took it as no more upgrades Now the weather says visibility - unlimited Yep the unlimited shows There is no link we could find that would display that line in the upgrade screen |
