Career Campaign Difficulty

Hi guys, anyone knows if it is possible to customize the career campaign difficulty ? Just like the quick mission realistic settings can be customized..for example I want manual TDC with external camera..thanks!

You certainly can. When you get to the office before going on patrol, you need to select an item (i think it's a radio) on the left of the bookshelf near where you can load and save from. It will give you difficulty options, sound options and gfx options.
