Default Things I miss about GWX1.03

Hey!
I thought this would grab your attention.
Really though, I love GWX 2.0 and I think it is a great improvement over 1.03, however there are a couple of things I cant seem to let go.

1. The music from GWX1.03. Is there anyway we could have the music that is missing back, namely the german music? I guess they would be the marching or battle songs.

2. I believe that the detection ranges while on the surface are a little off. For instance, I play with the uboat detect-o-meter on, and I spotted a ship at 15k in good weather. It was just barely visible on the horizon and when I turned to intercept, my detect-o-meter turned red and I was spotted. I thought that spotting a uboat was difficult, even in good weather? Is this realistic?

Thanks for reading and please post any comments or anything else that you find missing from GWX1.03. Who knows, perhaps these can be fixed, if there is any fixing needed.

edit: #1 can be answered here:

I'm not sure.
I dont want to go back to 1.03, as 2.0 is really outstanding. I'm just wondering about the detection ranges and if these are accurate.
Perhaps some of the members of the GWX team could help?

The indicator ISNT a good indication
:rotfl:
Turns red as you have a CHANCE of being detected
Not that you are
Gives a false impression and for that reason I never use it
Was your speed high ?
I bet if you dropped it the meter would have gone green again
Same visibily distance

What BBW said, plus I think the detection and sensors are exactly the same is in 1.03.

Precisely....the sensor is just an indicator and not an exact science.

STEED .. you're just plain greedy LOL :rotfl:

Like BBW, I have knocked the noise meter on the head which has brought the realism settings up to 84% [still some things I don't want to part with]
