Has anyone experienced a glitch when the water is rough and the texture for the water is non-existant? In other words the water is pure white in color. No textures.

Are you using any mods along with GWX 2.0? Did you enable/disable mods while you were at sea? Did you enable/disable mods without having Rollback SH3Cmdr? Usually these are main reasons for effects like the one you're observing
