[TEC] Chrono second hand
Is it possible to make it so the second hand when timing something doesn't "tick" but just spins. So that it would be possible, for example, to stop the second hand half way between 10 seconds and 11 seconds.
The reason I'm asking this is because I saw this post; http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...ghlight=chrono and thought I'd try and make it. |
