Hi All,
I recently installed TM 175 followed by RSRDC 220 then went into Submarine to change configurations. I was surprised to find the Snorting depth set at 210 mts. Needless to say I have corrected it. BTW, did American boats have snort capability or is this a hangover from the SH3 files? RR |

I don't think it's snorkel depth. IIRC Ducimus is using it for something else - best you read the notes for TM 1.7.5

It is a hangover from SH3. US subs did not get the snorkel until after the war and at that time they were called 'Guppy' after conversion. Anvart is using this function in the game to raise the aircraft detection radar. Nice touch to the game.

Hi Again,
Thanks for all of your answers. Yep, I should have read the notes. It allows boats to dive past 450 feet using a hot key. RR |
