Ok so I dream about muliplayer crews

I have mentioned this - but short of that I would also love it if one could select a good captain AI for your own U-boat. I'd like to click on - "Activate Skipper" and then have the boat taken over by a good AI. At the same time I would like to still be able to crew or control one of the stations, such as weapons or sonar and take orders from the AI.

I dream about that, only having players control the stations (i.e. the server admin is appointed captain of the vessel, another player is appointed watch officer, another takes control of sonar, etc.) like IL2 Sturmovik has (you can choose to pilot the plane or defend it with the tailgun if it has multiple crew positions, like the B-25 or Stuka for instance).
