Please, help me in 1024_768.ini

I want to merge U-jagd tools 1.2 and WAC style attack periscope/UZO interface into U-Boat 1.2.
I started my work from "U-Boat 1.2 tools and dials" mod, by adding graphic files and editting dials.cfg and 1024_768.ini following U-Jagd tools readme file, I have successfully imported U-Jagd tools into the original mod.
Any one give me some advice on adding WAC style attack periscope/UZO interface into another mod which also changes 1027_768.ini?

Dont use WAC but I use a program called winmerge
You can compare 2 files side by side and the differences are highlighted for you
