Unable to see whole Recognition Manual

I just upgraded to GWX2 and when I am at F3 Periscope view and look at the rec manual I only see the upper half part. The lower part is hidden behind the status reports and the different station icons. I am unable to make it higher, but then again if I make it higher it will have an impact on the periscope itself.

Press . / del on the Numpad to hide/show the GUI.

You can also use the button on the Recog Manual to switch the image around i.e top to bottom & visa versa.

thanks. The / on numpad didn't work (I use Norwegian keyboard) but found the button for switch.

Now I just have to buy a new monitor as one of my old ones have died and the other is too dark to see anything in most games. 20" here I come!!!

By the way, I think I have read somewhere that SHIII is just 1024x768 and that you can't increase the resolution? Is it true?
