Timetraveller Tools not working

Timetraveller has released a series of much loved SH tools that are not working on my Vista System... (RIP, old XP pooter) when launching the program i gat an error saying that some OCRX file is not valid or nonexistant.

being a Plane lover and attempting to survive long anough to get an U-Flakk with a Quad Oerlikon, i have in mind to cut the damage that a Planes Guns have on my Ship by 50 to 75 Per cent.

No more Hurricanes sinking me in one attack!
No more Catalinas .50s taking oput my gunners crew from 5000 feet away!
no more damage taken (NONE!) by the avro Anson Gunner firing his puny .303 from 5000 feet above me.
no more of all that Chet you see? NONE.

can someone help me? Technically? i dont need no insults about breaking up GWX 1.3 or 2.0, i need to find a way to get his tools going under Vista...

Right click on installation and run as admin. Do the same to use them but you can also go to properties and click on RUN as Administrator box. Every time you install a program or use a program you have to RUN as Admin or things get weird.

Hmmm i had to do that with Cfs3/Maw too... doh me!

This modding tool is all you'll ever need for SH3 and SH4. Much easier and faster to use. No more messing with tweak files:
