When you start a new campain how do you get the black sea and penang flottilas to work? And a small fault, when you pick your flottila and year, the kiel and wilmshaven flotillas apear in the middle of germany. other than that GWXs great

1) you must first enable the relevant campaign files via JSGME, you will find JSGME
in the SH3 folder, the campaign files will be listed in the optional mods - simply enable the one you want.

2) You sure about theose errors? if you are looking at the uboat icons they are not the the perfect place as their is no room on the map, there should be a small dot next to them that is.
